Once we've got all of your information together our estimator will get a preliminary quote together.
We will review the preliminary quote with you and discuss your questions or additional options. Once you are comfortable with the design and the details of the related construction have been covered, all we need to get the process moving is your approval with a signature and a small deposit. Many projects will move forward with contingencies for Home Owners Association (HOA) and pending bank financing. We will guide you through both of these processes.
Once your project moves into the production phase your consultant will be in contact with you regularly to keep you up to date on the progress.
The first thing we do at our manufacturing facility is create a set of detailed shop drawings for you to review and approve. Once these are completed (usual 2 weeks), your consultant will review these drawings and either approve them for manufacturing or make the necessary changes you request. If changes are needed, you can either approve the drawings as noted, or request that you review again for final approval.
When approved the project is released to operations, your new room goes on the production schedule. Depending on the complexity of the room, the manufacturing process normally takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete. Extremely custom rooms or custom painted units may require additional time.
When the room is ready for installation it will be shipped directly to your home pending installation by our contracted installation team.

(Construction work that may be required that is not part of Sunshine Rooms agreement. This could include permitting, demolition, concrete work, masonry, electrical, carpentry work, plumbing, etc.)
After the shop drawings have been approved your contractor (usually our independent affiliated contractor) will obtain your building permit and begin work on your home. The related construction will be completed while your sunroom/conservatory is being manufactured. These things will all be discussed and outlined thoroughly prior to your agreement to purchase the room.
When the related construction is done our contracted installation team takes over and installs your new room. Our installation teams are factory trained and are certified installers. In most markets this will not be the affiliated contractor.
All installers have been working with us for many years and also install our large commercial projects around the country. You can be certain that you are receiving a quality installed product. The best product in the world will not work well if it is not installed properly.
That is why we only use the best installers and because of the quality of our product and the ethics of our company, our installers stay with us for many years.
Once the new room is completed, installers actually perform a water test with you so you can observe that the room is sealed from any potential water leaks.
After the installation is completed the affiliated contractor usually has a few small items to complete. When the contractor is done a lengthy inspection is performed to assure that the room has been installed properly.
